These Hydrosols Changed My Skin!

  Seriously, these Hydrosols Changed My Skin (along with my holy grail skin product, so read that blog 😉)


  I never used to use Hydrosols/Toners. Didn't think there was much point. Well I mean, I did try witch hazel back in the day, but never cared for it much on my face..... But boy am I glad I learned about how these Hydrosols majorly helped a gal on Youtube, her channel, called 'HolisticHabits', actually got me to find my still to this day, Holy Grail skin oil cleanser/moisturizer! As well as one of my favorite shampoos and conditioners!

  The two best, in my experience with using long term now, is......*Drum Roll*


  Rose Hydrosol- I mean rose, come on, the smell is amazing, and it just makes you feel romantic, lovely and feminine 💓💋🌹BUT.....the skin benefits are the best part. It's amazing for sensitive to mature skin. Rose water is antibacterial, healing, soothing, and has antiseptic properties. The water is very rich in flavonoids and vitamins, including A, C, D, E and B3. Both this one and this one are great. I personally spritz on my face before putting on my face oil, and also anytime throughout the day. So refreshing. Oh also, spritz some over your makeup like a setting spray. 


  Immortelle/Helichrysum Hydrosol- This actually is my FAV! It literally changed some really wonky skin issues I had going on, even on my back! (later found out was hormone related/food sensitivities)  I never ever had any on my back, so talk about self conscious ugh! This stuff not only cleared my skin but got rid of scars, I mean, I cannot rave enough about this stuff!! Also, the smell is one of those, you love or maybe don't like so much, but I love!! It has anti-inflammatory, anti-scarring, and anti-aging properties. Super healing. I also spritz on before putting on my face oil, rotating with rose. Also just anytime throughout the day or over makeup. I also still spray on my back/chest.
 
 
  Evan Healy (they call their's HydroSouls) is a great brand (as pictured) and can be bought on Amazon or their website, as well as like Whole Foods. I find they can be out of both often online, unfortunately, think because made in more small batches. Another good brand I've used is Plant Therapy.
